We got the scoop with Army Wives star Brigid Brannagh, who plays Pamela on the relevant and touching series.
The Star Scoop:
For those who may not be familiar with the show, can you tell us about Army Wives?
Brigid Brannagh:
It's about the lives of four army wives and one army husband. It tracks their friendships and family struggles and triumphs over time.
The Star Scoop:
You play Pamela Moran. How would you describe her, and how much is she like you?
Brannagh:
Pamela is an ex cop married to a sergeant in Delta force. Which is definitely different than my life. But Pamela is a very straight forward person, and I would say that am very much straight forward, and she certainly follows her conscience and so do I, but we have a few differences as well. I love to cook - she does not. And I like a very clean house, and if you saw the set this is clearly not Pamela's priority.

What made you want to be a part of Army Wives in the first place?
Brannagh:
think the life of Army Wives is very compelling naturally. And I loved Pamela immediately - an ex cop pregnant with twins as a surrogate and sarcastic to boot. What's not to like?
The Star Scoop:
Why should people watch Army Wives? if they have yet to check it out?
Brannagh:
Well my favorite moments of the show are those small family moments that everybody goes through...just life with husband wife and kids that is just a bit more or a lot more dramatic because it's about army families

What can people expect to see this season?
Brannagh:
People can expect plenty of drama this season and hopefully a few laughs!

Do you have any other projects you're working on at the moment?
Brannagh:
Our season has been quite enough to handle these last months and I have been very involved in union issues, so when I get home (LA) I will look towards other projects, but today I have enough on my plate.
